This will be of interest to all headteachers and senior leaders in schools, and to directors and senior leaders in other organisations with responsibility for professional development and organisational change.

In the current climate of fast pace change, investment in unboundaried, creative thinking around the challenges this presents is essential. To this end we have the opportunity to hear from Professor David Whyte a speaker of international repute who focuses on helping us to understand and develop our approaches to ‘real conversation’.
Professor Whyte brings insight, focus and courage using his methods to lay out the steps we need to take to have ‘courageous conversations’ and keep them effective through change. In his work with executive leaders, David looks at the importance of self evaluation and self knowledge and the conversations needed within our minds to move the conversation in our organisations forward.
As we all move into an uncertain future will we struggle to maintain the status quo? Or will we pay more attention to the changes around us and have the courage to become and create something new?
