Developing leaders

We work at national and local level to support the development of the next generation of leaders in education and children’s services.

Our track record includes multiple projects for the National College of Leaders of Schools and Children’s Services. We have helped to shape national leadership succession planning strategies, designed development programmes for future leaders in children’s services and delivered support programmes for aspiring BME school leaders.

For each project, we bring together the right team for the job – for example working with partners in higher education and from within the sector to make sure we provide professional development that makes a difference.
