We work with schools and groups of schools to broker the support they need to deliver effective teaching and learning.
Our approach is based on the belief that effective support is tailored around a school’s specific needs – not just provided “off the shelf”. Whether a project is big or small, we want to provide support which makes a difference.
Our track record includes providing extended support to schools facing challenge, through to short, targeted inputs to improve outcomes in specific areas, for example by:
- delivering targeted support on English and maths to improve standards
- implementing data tracking systems
- providing strategic HR support for tricky workforce planning
- advising on curriculum design and cost-effective delivery
