Navigate People: Roger Highton is an experienced primary headteacher, with two successful headships under his belt.  He has recently completed a further interim headship, supporting a primary school through a period of challenge – as well as re-invigorating his own operational practice.

Roger has also worked as a consultant leader across a wider school system, in more than one city.  During his period as a consultant leader for the City of York, the authority was awarded beacon status for school improvement work.
