Our teams operate nationwide
Since 2005, we have built up a client list which extends from local primary schools to central government agencies. We have worked with leaders of education and children’s services in over 40% of local authority areas in England, supporting schools and colleges responsible for the learning of more than 250,000 young people.
Like our clients, we are guided by a strong public service ethos in the way we work. In fact, the vast majority of our colleagues and associates have career experience leading public services themselves. We want to do the best for our clients because we know that is the best way to support their efforts to widen opportunities for the children and young people they serve.
For us “partnership” is a way of working – not just something we talk about. We work with our clients to develop sector-led approaches to service improvement which are sustainable.
