Founded in 2005 – we are an organisation with a determination to bring a fresh approach to finding and developing leaders in education and children’s services. We are driven by our focus on end results and we believe firmly that what counts is what works.
We’d like to think that we are creative and flexible thinkers (our clients are the best judge of that, not us) but above all we are practical and pragmatic. We want to make a difference.
Like our clients, we are guided by a strong public service ethos in the way we work. We want to do the best for our clients because we know that is the best way to support their efforts to widen opportunities for the children and young people they serve.
Our aim is to become “partners” to clients rather than “suppliers”. Indeed our biggest projects often involve long term partnerships and a Navigate team rather than an individual consultant. You can find out more about our team here.
