The Background: Rated outstanding in all areas by Ofsted in 2007 and ranked in the DfES top ten colleges for the third year running, Holy Cross has a reputation for academic excellence and student support.
 
The Challenge: Faced with significant changes in the local and national landscape, the governors were keen to recruit an outstanding principal who would work with the leadership team to develop a vision for building on the college’s successes and to take advantage of the opportunities ahead.
