Have you noticed how research finding often tell us what – deep down – we’ve always known? Here’s an example. There is clear evidence that if you want to improve the effectiveness of an organisation, the single most important factor for success which you can control is the quality of its leadership. Still, its good to know.

That’s the reason why Navigate was launched five years ago – providing leadership capacity for our clients in education, skills and children’s services, from recruiting headteachers to deployment of wholescale school improvement teams.

And it’s our passion for what we do that has led us to publish our own magazine, taking the insights and ideas we develop with our clients to a wider community.
