Adam joined Navigate in 2009, and is a member of the Interim Improvement Partnership team working closely with our Associates in order to match their talents and experience to our clients. 

After graduating from Nottingham University, Adam travelled to Japan and lived there for ten years, working first as a teacher and then moving onto personnel management for an international Japanese corporation. On returning to the UK, Adam developed his career in human resources, completing a Masters in HRM, and advising on generalist HR for a global IT Services company and City of London Corporation. He brings a range of experience in generalist HR, recruitment and project management, and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
