A Masters Graduate from Leeds University, Corrina has a career background in the private sector, with particular experience in research and logistics for blue chip clients.

Prior to joining Navigate, Corrina worked for Tribal Resourcing, delivering various leadership recruitment assignments for a wide range of schools, local authorities and other public service organisations

Corrina brings executive search and selection capacity to the Navigate team, working with clients to help them find the leadership candidates who are not actively seeking a new role. She has particular expertise in the school leadership market, having worked with Academies and primary and secondary schools in the maintained and independent sectors.

Corrina leads search and selection campaigns for clients across the fields of education and skills, as well as delivering senior recruitment to a range of local government organisations.
