James Sturdy

Consultant

James has a career background in the private sector, working in business consultancy to assist clients in the restructuring of their services, identifying business risks and advising on potential solutions. The role demanded creative, quick thinking – qualities that have stood him in good stead at Navigate.

A politics graduate from Leeds University, James adds further consultancy capacity to the Navigate team. Liaising with clients to understand their requirements, James puts together options for providing the leadership capacity they need to win through. He works closely with Navigate’s team of Associates, matching their skills and experience to client needs.

He has experience across the whole of Navigate’s client portfolio, having supported schools, local authorities, skills councils and others to build their leadership capacity.
