Jo Fish
Director
Jo leads Navigate’s flexible resourcing service, supporting organisations across the UK with the leadership capacity they need to succeed. She has particular experience in putting together teams of professionals to support long term school improvement. She sees the organisations supported by Navigate as “partners” as well as “clients”.
A founder director of the company, Jo joined Navigate from Tribal Resourcing, where she directed a wide range of senior public service leadership appointments.
Jo spent her early career working directly in the skills sector. Prior to starting her consultancy career with PricewaterhouseCoopers and then Veredus, Jo worked for two different National Training Organisations, at the interface between education and training providers and business and employers. She specialised in the field of research and policy in education and skills, further education and the New Deal for Communities programme. Since forming Navigate, Jo has supported a wide range of local authorities, including Leicester, Sheffield, Oldham, Nottingham and Salford.
