Natalie joined the Navigate team in 2009 at our London office as a Consultant where she works on executive search and selection assignments. She joined Navigate from TMP Worldwide.

Having graduated from the London School of Economics, Natalie joined KPMG as an Auditor, before transferring to the Government Advisory Service, where she worked on a project for the Office of Civil Service Commissioners, auditing the compliance of the Civil Service Recruitment Code in both Senior Civil Service and non-Senior Civil Service recruitment for all government departments. She joined KPMG’s Executive Resourcing practice in 2007, where she worked with the Audit Commission and on Ofsted’s Director, of Children, Director of Education and Director of Learning and Skills appointments.
