Samantha has a career background in the private sector, with particular experience in the process and administration of interim recruitment.

Samantha joined Navigate from Tribal Interim Resourcing and has previous experience with Solace Enterprises, administering the Interim Recruitment service.

Providing business support for the Navigate Flexible Resource Team, Samantha is responsible for ensuring that all clients and associates receive a top level and professional service and that the interim business runs smoothly. Samantha offers support to consultants at all stages of interim recruitment assignments and has responsibilities for managing the Resource database, financial processing and interim events.
