Steve joined Navigate in 2009 from a niche recruitment consultancy working across a number of private and public sector appointments within the procurement and supply chain arena.

He began his career with The Synergy Group where he spent 5 years as part of their successful local authority training division. An English graduate from Glasgow University, Steve is a member of Navigate’s permanent leadership recruitment team.
