Trudy Searle

Senior Consultant

Trudy joined Navigate in 2008, bringing with her over seven years consultancy experience in the recruitment, assessment and development of leaders for a wide range of organisations in the private and public sectors, specifically in the regional development and skills arenas.

Trudy’s early career was spent in Barclays Bank where she gained experience in a variety of operational roles before specialising in Human Resources and Project Management.

A Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, Trudy is also qualified in the use of a range of psychometric assessment tools for use in recruitment and development.

Trudy is a member of Navigate’s permanent recruitment team and works closely with organisations throughout the recruitment process, providing advice and support, from the early planning stages through to the design of the final assessment processes.
