Wayne Colthirst

Senior Consultant

Joining Navigate in 2007, Wayne has over 20 years experience in human resources management and recruitment. He has worked previously for Leeds City Council, National Rivers Authority, The Environment Agency and Capita plc.

Wayne is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and is a qualified psychometric assessor. He has wide experience of coaching, mentoring and training staff in recruitment and selection techniques.

Most recently Wayne has worked for the BBC, where he managed the Corporation’s recruitment demands across the North of England. Developing innovative practices, Wayne worked to create partnerships with local organisations in order to identify talent, as well widening the diversity of the BBC’s workforce by designing new recruitment initiatives and training schemes.

Wayne is a senior consultant with Navigate’s Resource Team – working to provide clients with the temporary leadership capacity they need to succeed.
