Adam Brett

Adam is a key member of the permanent leadership recruitment team, providing the research and search input which is central to any successful campaign.
After completing a degree in American Studies at the University of Hull – which included spending time on placement in the United States - Adam started his career in the media sector working as a production assistant for Landmark Films.
His first encounter with the education sector as a tutor came through an opportunity to teach English in Japan with a government funded programme, spending two years in the Far East in total.
Returning to the UK, Adam spent a short period with a media monitoring organisation before joining Navigate in 2008. Since becoming part of the team, he has developed particular experience of the primary school phase, supporting a number of assignments searching for leaders across the North of England.
