Phil joined Navigate in early 2009, having previously worked within a private sector consultancy firm, supporting a broad range of organisations.
A business and public policy graduate from Aston University, Phil adds further consultancy capacity to the Navigate team.
Liaising with clients to understand their requirements, Phil has experience across the whole of Navigate’s client portfolio supporting schools, colleges and local authorities to build capacity.
Recent assignments have included supporting a group of high profile new-build schools and the project management of a city wide resourcing strategy.
