Trudy Searle
Senior Associate (FE)
Trudy joined Navigate in 2008, bringing with her over seven years consultancy experience in the recruitment, assessment and development of leaders for a wide range of organisations in the private and public sectors, predominantly within skills and regional development.
Trudy’s early career was spent in Barclays Bank where she gained experience in a variety of operational roles before specialising in human resources and project management.
A member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, Trudy is qualified to level B with the British Psychological Society in the use of a range of psychometric assessment tools for use in recruitment and development.
As a specialist in the FE arena, Trudy works closely with governing bodies providing support and guidance throughout the recruitment and selection process, developing highly creative and bespoke marketing campaigns, leading on search activity and designing and facilitating robust assessment and selection processes.
