We’re looking for three more talented people to join our team
We are looking for three dynamic individuals to join our strong team at an exciting stage in our development. As we continue to grow, our focus over the next 12 months is to continue to deliver high quality core services, whilst establishing the Navigate Academies Trust, a not-for-profit organisation that will operate and be directly responsible for a network of schools across the Yorkshire and Humber region. In September 2012, we plan to open seven Navigate Academies.
We are looking to recruit three graduates (or equivalent) to work with us in the role of Assistant Consultant. We feel this is an exciting opportunity to join our team and make a vital contribution to Navigate, our clients and our associates to help achieve our shared vision: to improve the outcomes for children and young people.
These are exciting roles that will make a vital contribution to the future development of Navigate. We are keen to ensure that each Assistant Consultant has lead responsibility across a number of areas (as indicated below). There are also a number of generic responsibilities that will form part of the Assistant Consultant job role. Each Assistant Consultant will have a personal development plan and will be supported by a mentor.
The purpose of the roles is to work closely with the team to provide support to clients and associates round three core business areas:
1. The Navigate Academies Trust
2. Leadership recruitment & talent management
3. Business development, project management and contracting
All roles will make a critical contribution in Navigate’s ongoing development and offer the opportunity to learn and develop as part of a successful and established team.
