With a new Principal in post since 2008 and a range of new challenges and opportunities, Holy Cross College in Bury is now seeking to appoint an
outstanding candidate to the new role of sole Deputy Principal – a role which comes with a wide-ranging portfolio and significant responsibilities.
Working closely with the College, Navigate is leading the full search and selection process which has begun with a headhunting campaign
to target potential candidates. The key responsibilities of the post are in the areas of leadership and management, supporting the partnership strategy
and, critically, pastoral care and Catholic ethos. Ambitious and keen to progress to a Principal post in the future, the candidate will have the opportunity to further develop their leadership skills and to work closely with a committed governing body.
