Navigate is continuing to support the Learning and Achievement Service of Sheffield City Council as part of a major initiative to attract exceptional leadership talent to Sheffield’s primary schools. 

The authority is firmly committed to encouraging schools and their governing bodies to invest in leadership and to support the ongoing professional development of their headteachers.
