The DCS Executive Programme

Navigate has been appointed to work in partnership with the National College for Leadership of Schools and Children's Services on a brand new programme for a small number of serving Director's of Children's Services – the DCS Executive Programme.

The Executive Programme aims to provide a high quality and challenging experience for innovative Directors of Children’s services, creating both the opportunity and environment for DCSs to reflect on leadership policy and practice in the sector, at a system level.
