Navigate is showing its ongoing support to the FE sector next week as we sponsor the gala dinner at the LSIS Annual Governance Conference in Birmingham.

The Annual Governance Conference offers the opportunity for updates on the FE and skills sector and professional development for the specific areas relevant to the roles of clerk and governor. This event combines the best of the previously separate governors’ and clerks’ conferences.

The theme for this year’s conference will be ‘Leading Change’. The level of structural and systems change in the FE sector and the context of economic recession and reducing public resource put a premium on the capacity of sector leadership to steer a steady course while managing risk and promoting innovative approaches. The conference programme will explore current changes in the FE and skills sector environment.
