Hastings Academies search for an Executive Principal/Chief Executive Designate
Navigate is working with The Hastings Academies and their sponsors (BT, The University of Brighton and East Sussex County Council) to recruit an Executive Principal/Chief Executive Designate.

Two academies will open in September 2011 – one in West Hastings, merging from two schools in the area, and one in East Hastings. The Executive Principal/ Chief Executive will line manage the Principals of each academy and will provide strategic leadership. The role will also focus on developing partnerships and working with a range of stakeholders to raise the aspirations of the local communities.
The sponsors, with Navigate's support, are looking to recruit an Executive Principal in the next academic year in order to manage the transition to the Academies, lead the implementation and design stage and to assist in the recruitment of the two Principals.
