Hull City Council launches campaign for talented teachers
Working in partnership with Hull City Council, Navigate has recently developed and launched a national campaign to raise the profile of teaching opportunities in Hull secondary schools. The campaign is particularly targeted at English, maths and science teachers and Heads of Department, for whom an unprecedented package of financial incentives and opportunities for career development is available.
The 'Hull Offer' forms part of the Hull Challenge; a major drive to raise and maintain educational standards in the city’s schools.
Key elements of the campaign developed by Navigate include a new website, which showcases the Hull Offer, the city and opportunities in the city’s schools; a national press and online advertising campaign; and working with School Business Managers to develop a city-wide approach to sharing best practice in recruitment.
