Search is on for a full time secondary maths consultant

As part of the Hull Challenge, Navigate is currently supporting Hull City Council with a major attraction campaign to better support the city's schools by helping them to meet their recruitment needs. In addition to this work, Navigate has been commissioned to provide maths and English consultancy support to improve teaching and learning and drive up standards in secondary schools across the city.

A key part of this support is a full time secondary maths consultant to work with schools on improving leadership and outcomes across the city. The role is varied, providing a range of in-house support to schools and maths departments. Support ranges from direct interventions, to modelling best practice, providing in house training and also developing middle leadership. Improving standards quickly and sustainably is paramount and we are looking for a maths specialist with a strong focus on outcomes and proven track record in delivering success and rapid improvements.
