Navigate is delighted to be the overall sponsor of this year’s North of England Education Conference (NEEC) which is being hosted by York City Council. It is held between the 6-8 January 2010 in York.
The event has a special place in the annual calendar as an event which brings together some of the most influential leaders in the sector to explore the key challenges which lie ahead.
Everyday, we work with our clients in education and children’s services to help them build the leadership capacity they need to succeed. We work at every level of the system – from supporting governing bodies with the challenge of recruiting a headteacher, to working with local authorities and national bodies to design leadership development programmes. Our goal is to provide a solution which meets the needs of the whole system, capitalising on our specialist knowledge and expertise.
To show our support and commitment to education and children's services, we are honoured to be sponsoring NEEC 2010, hosting the President's dinner with Sir Michael Bichard KCB and holding a roundtable breakfast debate which will be covered by the MJ magazine – all activities to provide an opportunity for debate and discussion within the sector about the challenges that lie ahead. Sustainable solutions often come from within the sector itself, with local solutions to meet local needs.
