Led by former College Principal, Mike Galloway, our FE team specialises in recruitment of college leadership teams – providing both permanent and interim recruitment services. Our approach is driven by first hand experience of the demands of college leadership.

No two colleges are the same, so our approach is tailored to each assignment – but is always focused on finding the right candidates for your leadership role. We use our knowledge of the market to search for the best candidates (i.e. “headhunting”), looking for the people who may not be looking for you.
