We work at national level to support leadership development and effective succession planning.

Our portfolio includes:

• development of guides to an evidence-based approach to succession planning for the National College of School Leadership
   
• support to the national “Be A Head” programme
   
• design and delivery of inputs to the nationally-funded development programme for aspirant heads, “Future Leaders”
   
• feasibility studies on the roll out of Future Leaders alongside the DCSF “Challenge Programme” in Greater Manchester.
