Our portfolio of clients includes schools of all types – primary and secondary, faith schools and community schools, academies and independent schools; high performing schools and those in special measures.

Our recruitment team specialises in headteacher and school leader appointments and we are proud of our excellent success rate on the school leadership assignments we have supported – at a time when around 30% of all headteacher recruitment process nationally end in failure.
