Navigate works at national and local level to design and deliver bespoke development programmes for future leaders across the full range of education and children’s services. Our clients include the National College for Leadership of Schools and Children’s Services. Our focus is on development which makes a difference – whether you are looking for a one-off input into existing development work, or design of a tailored programme.
Navigate People: Jane Creasy has been both a successful headteacher and an Operational Director of the National College for Leadership of Schools and Children’s Services. She has worked with Navigate in Associate roles since 2006.
For Navigate she has led and contributed to a wide range of school leadership development projects in Lincolnshire, Leicester, Hull, Portsmouth, Manchester, London and Calderdale. She has also been a key member of our design team on programmes for leaders of children’s services and national succession planning strategy.
She has recently completed delivery of a successful Navigate-designed programme for aspiring headteachers in Lincolnshire. Almost 75% of programme participants have progressed to substantive or acting headships. Jane said: “The programme has worked because it is founded on partnership working – between the design team, facilitators, local headteachers who provided coaching support and participants themselves”.
