School Development Review

Experienced school leaders offering peer-to-peer review to support school effectiveness.

Navigate’s Associates include serving practitioners in school (including NLEs and LLEs), as well as experienced former school leaders. Together, they offer schools access to expertise to support to review performance and identify pathways for improvement.

Navigate People: Daryl Agnew is a Navigate Director and former HMI. She has also held senior roles in education in local and central government. She is currently working with school leaders in Bradford to facilitate locally-led development of new structures to support school effectiveness.
