Navigate are delighted to announce the successful appointment of Sarah Pashley at the Ron Dearing UTC.
Ms Pashley joins the Hull-based school on secondment from Bridlington School.Â Over the coming months, Ms Pashley will work closely with stakeholders and prospective students across the region to prepare for the UTC’s opening in September 2017.
The brand new school will create exciting learning and career opportunities for young people across Hull – providing a vocational learning environment geared towards digital technology and mechatronics.
The Navigate team worked closely with colleagues involved in the project’s launch, providing both educational advisory services in the planning stages, followed by end-to-end recruitment support.
Navigate conducted a headhunting campaign, engaging with talented leaders about the opportunity and profiling key leaders in the region and beyond.Â Ms Pashley’s appointment followed a rigorous and competitive interview process.
