RECOMMEND
Our people are subject matter experts with many years of expertise in education, recruitment, and complex organisations. Once we understand the brief, we will ensure that we allocate the right expertise to your project, that we work collaboratively and that we bring our own recommendations to the table. The Recommend Phase will include:
- Sharing our knowledge of your talent landscape
- Discussions on regulatory issues and current legislation
- Refining the brief, shaping the solution
- Setting timescales for delivery
DELIVER
Once the solution is agreed, we deliver. Our teams work in close partnership with each other, and with our clients. We’ll ensure that your solution is effectively integrated, that milestones are met and that stakeholders and hiring managers are engaged and informed throughout the process. During the Deliver Phase, we’ll ensure that candidates really understand the opportunity:
- Identifying and approaching high-calibre candidates
- Launching awareness-raising attraction campaigns
- Preparing effective candidate communications
- Supporting you at every step through the interview and assessment process
