First we’ll meet, to gain an understanding of your organisation and the role. With a clear agenda, we’ll help you understand the recruitment market and support you to develop a job description and person specification, positioning the overall package.


We’ll help you tell a compelling story and we’ll plan an advertising campaign that will reach the right candidates. We’ll build a dedicated recruitment website – giving candidates instant access to all the information they need and allowing us to track and follow interest throughout the campaign.


As sector leaders in search, we’ll conduct a professional headhunting campaign, reaching out to our established networks, professional sources and approaching fresh contacts. In doing so, we’ll build a comprehensive list of candidates – many of whom may not have been actively seeking a new role.


We’ll keep you up to date throughout the campaign. At the end we’ll assess all applications and gather further information to help you make an evidence-based decision. We can then help as much or as little as you need – whether that’s carrying out initial interviews with candidates or designing and coordinating an entire two-day final panel process.
